When the historically black Providence neighborhood faces over-development from the Tallahassee local government, their community garden is doomed to be demolished. This documentary attempts to unravel the reasons why communities that are in need are targeted by local governments and attempts to offer solutions to the community. The film was ultimately used by the FAMU School of Engineering team to successfully fundraise a new Aquaponics Garden for the neighborhood.
